1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 6xsix platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply visiting the website — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

6xsix reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you disagree with any updated terms, your recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account.

2Eligibility

The 6xsix platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to confirm your eligibility before registering. 6xsix reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these criteria.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. Providing false information about your age constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any company or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any person employed by or contracted to 6xsix or its associated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended 6xsix account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the betting and gaming features of 6xsix, you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — is prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your real name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify 6xsix support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 6xsix will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time determined by 6xsix. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• 6xsix reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests.

6xsix accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any of the value held within it — including bonus balances, Loyalty Program points, and any pending winnings — to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer an account will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

6xsix accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh mobile wallet payment methods. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the 6xsix platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may differ and will be stated on the withdrawal page at the time of your request. Maximums may apply and will be disclosed in the relevant section of the platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is a fraud prevention measure. 6xsix does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, international bank accounts, or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. In certain circumstances, 6xsix may require additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including for large sums or where identity confirmation is outstanding.
• 6xsix does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Any fees charged by the payment provider themselves are outside 6xsix's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to a 6xsix account in error, or a technical fault results in an incorrect balance, 6xsix reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds incorrectly credited, regardless of whether a wager has been placed using the incorrect balance.

5Bonuses and Promotions

6xsix offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out at the time they are offered. These specific promotion terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and must be read alongside them.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 6xsix promotions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x) — before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash.
• Each promotion is available once per player unless otherwise specified. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times using multiple accounts, referral abuse, or other circumvention methods will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• 6xsix reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.
• Free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as cash-equivalent in the promotion terms. The games on which free spins may be used are limited to those specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 6xsix platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All games on the 6xsix platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by 6xsix, by previous results, or by the size of any bet. In the event of a malfunction of any game software or hardware, the affected game round will be void and any wagers placed in the affected round will be refunded.

• You must not use any strategy, software, or method designed to exploit errors in game software, gain an unfair advantage over other players, or manipulate game outcomes. This includes — but is not limited to — the use of card counting software in live casino games, bet-hedging strategies across multiple accounts, and abuse of in-game features in a manner not intended by the game provider.
• Collusion between players — including sharing hole cards in poker-style games or coordinating bets to influence outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all winnings and permanent account closure.
• 6xsix reserves the right to void any bet, withhold any payout, or close any account where there is reasonable evidence of cheating, exploitation of a software error, or breach of fair play obligations — including after a payout has been processed, should evidence come to light after the fact.
• Cricket betting markets on 6xsix are settled based on official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). 6xsix reserves the right to void markets in the event of match abandonment, suspension, or where integrity concerns have been raised by the relevant sporting authority.

7Responsible Gaming

6xsix is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered account holders and can be accessed through account settings or by contacting support. 6xsix encourages all players to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your account in a given period.

8Account Suspension and Termination

6xsix reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including providing false registration information, holding multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, fraud, match fixing, or any other criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the 6xsix platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 6xsix or provision of fraudulent or forged verification documents.
• Eligibility breach, including where it is determined that an account holder is under 21 years of age or does not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud, multiple account abuse, or underage gambling — any balance held in the account at the time of closure, including real-money balances, bonus balances, and Loyalty Program points, will be forfeited in their entirety. 6xsix will not be required to make any payment of such forfeited amounts. Where an account is closed at the account holder's own request, and no breach is outstanding, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the account holder's registered payment method.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 6xsix platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and the 6xsix brand itself — is the property of 6xsix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of 6xsix.

Game content — including game software, mathematics, artwork, and audio — is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to 6xsix for display on the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6xsix and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 6xsix platform or any content or services thereon, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 6xsix has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

6xsix makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that the use of the platform is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 6xsix's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11Privacy and Data Protection

6xsix collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the platform at /privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account or using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is protected using SSL encryption. 6xsix does not sell personal data to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 6xsix, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

12Amendments to These Terms

6xsix reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 6xsix will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the 6xsix platform after the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account and, where no breach is outstanding, receive a return of any verified real-money balance via your registered payment method.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 6xsix's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and 6xsix, you agree to first contact 6xsix support and allow a reasonable period — not less than 30 days — for the matter to be resolved informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 6xsix's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
